We send out the next day after an order is placed (unless placed on a Friday/Saturday).

30 DAY GUARANTEE
Worn, Washed or Whatever. If you aren't totally satisfied with our products, you have up to 30 days to return them, even if you spread ringworm all over them during training.
All we ask is that:
1) You pay for return shipping (unless it's our mistake) since we are paying to send it to you in the USA (for shipments abroad we discount heavily - so same goes for those); and
2) You write to us with feedback regarding why you didn't like the product so we can make our products better. Your feedback is worth losing a gi, but not worth losing customers!

FLAT RATE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Anything under 13 ounces can ship United States Postal Service (USPS) for $15 Worldwide! Choose at checkout.
Anything up to 5 lbs ships DHL for $40 flat rate WORLDWIDE! Most places on Earth 3-5 days delivery with DHL. Choose at checkout.
NOTE 1: If your home country does not have a reliable mail system, then you probably should choose DHL. We only recommend the United States Postal Service if you have a reliable in-country mail system. We are not responsible for packages lost by your country's mail system.
NOTE 2: We are not responsible for customs in your country. You must pay custom fees if apply.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We allow returns and exchanges for up to 2 weeks after delivery provided that the item is unworn.
Customer is responsible for return postage unless return is because of our mistake.
For exchanges, customer will be responsible for new postage as well (again, unless it was our mistake).
